Hand bag striptease isn't for me either.
I like an expensive bag to be well packed so it doesn’t get smooshed in shipment.
But other than that, fancy packaging and ribbon and high end boxes stress me out due to the waste factor. If I think there’s the remotest chance I’ll fall out of love with something, I keep the box, and so then storage is a pain.
I’ve gotten to the point with Chanel where at the boutique I’ll tell them to skip the camellia and the ribbon and bring my own bag because I hate accumulating more things that will go into the trash. Lol.

Don't care. I am not interested in waiting a long-arse time for the bag to be revealed.
What is worse is the OP forgetting about their reveal and they leave everyone hanging for days on end, too.
