Does the colour of a redyed bag gets transferred to clothes?

I am thinking of possibly redyeing my bag to a darker colour. Would anyone know if the dye would come off and gets transferred to our clothes?

I have only redyed black to black and it has never rubbed off on my clothes and I wear mine often.
