Does black REALLY go with everything?

I don't usually worry about wether my bag colour will go with my outfit. Most of my bags are pop colours and I practically live in black clothing.

However clothing wise I have an issue pairing black with red. It's just me but I hate those two colour combo together. I usually prefer red with white or something lighter as it makes it less harsh.

Hello all!

So, I was wondering if all of you think that black goes with everything? I'm one of those "crazy" people that needs to be color-coordinated, although I am trying to get over being so neurotic. I feel that I can't use a black bag unless I am wearing black. I used to be very particular about wearing gold or silver jewelry depending on the hardware on the bag, but I've gotten over it. I can't seem to get over not using a bag because I'm not wearing color that matches it. Am I totally weird :blink: ?

Does anyone else feel the same way?

I probably wouldn't carry a black bag if my outfit was warm-toned . like browns, nudes, creams, etc or pastelly.. like baby pink, lavendar, etc... I'd probably carry brown or cream ofr a war-toned outfit and a light bag for a pastel outfit.

Yes, I do like all the elements of my outfits to look like they are going to the same party.

I think black and Easter pastel colors look odd together, but to each their own!
