Does anyone own Liebeskind bags?

I took a break from this brand but I'm really impressed with overall quality including all HW & zippers...I kid you not. The HW on Liebeskind bags feel much better than say, Rebecca Minkoff. I know this design is sort of "briefcase" like but I really like it. There are several at the dwntwn Hudson's Bay store but I just like the solid black or even the solid taupe (but it's got a fancy name for taupe). The bag is called Pearl. I LOVE the matte black hardware!

I'm reviving this thread to see if there are any recent Liebeskind buyers/owners out there. I came across a bag in Nordstrom and now I'm obsessed with it. Of course I'm broke. Grrr.

I have the Liebeskind Donna in Taupe and I'm still loving it.

Loving it even more when it was featured on the series Elementary with Lucy Liu (as Sherlock's Watson). Liu's been carrying Liebeskind on recent episodes - the Donna and the studded Lioba.

Thanks for your response! It's exciting to branch out and find new brands. I don't know the style of my new bag but I just took the plunge with a great crossbody and did a reveal. The leather is fantastic!

Has anyone else experienced light-colored Liebeskind purses yellowing from wear? I have a light gray leather Liebeskind shoulder bag that has yellowish areas due to, I'm guessing, sweat and body lotion (it was my summer bag). There is also denim transfer on the backside. I'm wondering what I can do to remedy this. Has anyone tried dyeing Liebeskind bags or this type of leather (not sure what kind this brand generally uses)? It is extremely soft, squishy leather and the texture and color is sort of light elephant gray I would say.

ETA: It is this bag, the Donna in "taupe" (actually grey). It had a distressed look to begin with but now it looks a little yucky.

Did you treat it before using?
I got bad oil stains on my light colored Liebeskind before treating it and got them out thanks to baby wipes and regular eraser.

I can't remember if I sprayed it before using. It is pretty dingy looking though so I will try the baby wipes and eraser and hope for the best, thanks!

Well, sadly, it didn't really help. I am guessing I forgot to pre-treat this bag, and this soft leather is just like a smooshy sponge. I might try taking it to a leather cleaner or to see if it can be dyed, otherwise I'll just use it this coming summer as a beater bag.

I ordered a bag on sale and it arrived. The leather is so gorgeous but I already know it isn't going to age well -- I just looked on Feebay to see what the pre-owned Liebeskind bags look like, and they appear really dingy-looking. This will have to go back (I got a peachy rose color). I may look into darker bags though, brown or black.

I got it in blue (with golden zippers). The "gold" one was more beige/cereal-color. and I bought it in the store, not Amazon.

I have a black Liebeskind Pearl bag, and I love it! I use it as my school bag, and I can fit my binder, text books and lunch in it. Lots of people have complimented me on it, it looks stylish.
