Does anyone own Liebeskind bags?

All my Liebeskinds....I hate to say this are made in China. (On my avatar, that's the "Helene"). I haven't seen many Liebeskind that are heavy, except for the one I have that is covered with metal studs!

I just bought a Kathy in Beige, which is my first Liebeskind. It's soooooo soft and seems to be a comfortable bag to carry. I think I'm going to really like it.

My question is, what is the correct pronunciation for Liebeskind? :thinkin:

It's two words combined into one: Liebes (loved/most loved) and Kind (child)
Leeb-es-kihnd (the i in Kind is like the i in it)

I've been looking at the Lille in cobalt (but H says it looks like an "old lady bag" ). I don't have any of their bags, but they look very well-made and, as others have said, there's space for everything and the leather feels lovely.

(Edit: sorry, tried to post an image of the bag, but the BB code won't recognize a URL with two image file types at the end and keeps rejecting it)

This is the Liebeskind Lillie cobalt Pullup and looks like any number of satchels - your H doesn't know what he's talking about - :D

I saw the Kathy bag at Liebeskind's website and it does looks VERY comfortable. :D I assume you were referring to this one at this link. I felt I could use this as a nice traveling bag.

But what really got my heart is this one! The forest green is just wow!

Hi, new here. I just bought my first Leibeskind bag from Von Maur here in Iowa. It's the Sandrine in black. I own LV, Balenciaga, Alexander Wang, and I was looking for a quality bag with style and durability, and that something extra, you know, but Im trying to not buy luxury brands right now. I got this bag, sight unseen, on line and WOW, do I LOVE it! Seriously, this is a very well made bag and the materials are quality. I checked her over very closely, stitching, hardware. Its just great. And under 300 dollars? Amazing!

I saw this brand while shopping in Chicago this past spring. I have regretted not purchasing the bag I liked at the time. I don't see the style I liked (Ariane) on the web site. I, too, was impressed with the bag at its price point.

I figured I'd share my Liebeskind bag as well in case if anyone want to get the bag in this style.

I think it's Diane braided hang bag. The leather is quite soft indeed and there is no feet for the bag so it'll just fall all over the places if you have nothing in it. The color is like a teal/jade color and I love it. It remind me of those tile linings in a swimming pool. LOL It also comes in beige and red color I believe. I got it for $180 on Hautelook and it's retail is like $375(?).

Also, the handle drop is on a long side. and the shoulder strap is quite long as well...hmmm wonder why

I feel like this brand has good quality bag in fair price (well, it's made in China, design in Berlin...but some other brand names do that as well so...)
anyway, I love the texture and appearance. I hope it last me awhile. :D
