Does Anyone NOT Return A Bag?

I don't return a bag until it has a defect because I spend ages on deciding which bag I want. In the shop I take my time and stuff the bag with all my things to see how it looks and fits. I just order online when I have already tried the bag IRL so there is no need for me to return it. I feel uncomfortable to return things just because I changed my mind but I would rather return than keeping a bag that I don't like and waste my hard earned €€/$$. But different people- different likes:-)

I've only returned a bag once,it was an online purchase from NM.The photo looked great but IRL the bag looked like crap.I contacted NM within an hour of it's arrival and shipped it back the very next morning unused and tags etc intact.

I've never returned a bag either probably because I don't buy a lot online and when I do, I have generally seen the bag in real life before (I think living in big cities like New York or Paris also helps).
I have never returned clothes either, when I decide to buy something, I usually have no regrets...but I rarely go shopping alone and I try to get advice. However, I think if I am not 100% satisfied with a bag, I would consider returning it.

I have never returned a bag, and I'm quite sure I never will as I always get really attached to things when I've bought them. I also can't shop online (apart from net-a-porter, but I never buy expensive stuff there because of customs in my country), and we don't really have any high-end stores in my country, so when I go away to buy something I've usually saved up and decided long time in advance, and if what I wanted is not available or as I tought it would be, I just buy something else I want.

Never say never! In this times where some bags are so rare to see IRL that I have to buy/order sight unseen, I can never tell if I'll love it until I get it. I think it's foolish to keep a $1K+ bag that you don't love just to NOT return a bag.

When I buy an expensive bag, I always do research before hand. I think about it for a few weeks and then I buy it if I can't get it out of my head. When I buy it, I test it out for a few days and I get attached. If I do take a bag back to the store, it's probably because it has a defect and I just want to exchange it for the same item.

Ditto! :D

And now I know why I hesitate buying bags online. I am afraid that they will send me the returned bags.

Realistically, this happens in brick and mortar stores all the time.

I have found by ordering online, I get more fresh, brand spanking new, not even out of the plastic yet bags. :D
