Does Anyone Have the Signature Chocolate Soho Mia Satchel?

I have the brown antique leather mia satchel with braid straps and I LOVE IT! I wear it everyday. I do wear it on the shoulder but end up carrying in arm after awhile because mine does have a lot of stuff inside, plus I have two small children. The signature should be less heavy. I saw a woman with this satchel in chocolate signature and it was gorgeous! I suggest either the chocolate or black - less trendy. We complimented each others' bags... she loves hers, too. GET THIS BAG! You will love it! I'll be enjoying mine for many years to come!!!
OOOOH sounds yummy, I guess you do not know heavy is not good for my darn back discs but I LOVE big bags..I an a legacy dropout...just returned one leather slimp flap Ali type...so I am trying to be really cautious here...lol
Don't encourage me, I had one of those really bad days, the wrong dog got the right pill ACCCCK among other things..but a Mia satchel in the mail in chocolate would be a definite plus...lol...Thanks! Will do!!
i know this bag & tried it on @ the outlets. the braid is soooooooooo pretty ! i think thats what makes the bag .
I just ordered the Mia soho satchel in chocolate signature. My SA, the lovely Mary... said if it wastoo heavy or did not go over my shoulder comfortably, simply bring it in. She is so nice. A very classy bag with jeans and one that will be nice for years. Just in case it did not work , I ordered the signature leather shoulder brown duffle. I had credits I was holding and no new things were calling to me..so I will let you know which one I love and keep. Going on a business/vacation trip in 2 weeks with DH and I wanted a simple brown light bag to wear at night or day. Thanks!!!
UPDATE: I ordered the brown signature Mia. It it is so pretty and a smaller back up duffle just in case one has to go back with my credit for my trip. Thanks for the suggestions! They are much appreciated.

The Brown version No. 10076 is actually the first signature bag I ever considered buying. Let us know how it turns out for you. You are enabling me to buy this bag. You know how much I just love brown. Almost all my bags are in this family color.

I should get it today along with the duffle and choose the one I like best that works for me. Let's hope that it is not that heavy in general with not too much in it. It is pretty.
At least the signature is very subtle and classy. Does your friend wear this bag on her arm or can she place it easily over her shoulder?
What is the number of the bag? I didn't realize the Mia was still available! I have the black/black signature and the black leather and love them so much I'd buy the brown, too!
all i can say is that i was at a family entertainment center (like chuck e cheese) and from way across the room i spotted a woman carrying this brown signature mia soho satchel and she looked fabulous!!! plus i guess it caught my eye because i'm now so aware of designer bags AND i own the antique brown leather one : ) i would get the brown sig in a heartbeat if i didn't already own the brown leather. but i just ADORE my antique brown leather mia soho - the straps are beautiful, scratches DO rub out easily (i saw someone on this forum saying otherwise) AND if you love casual style and structure then this is one classic must-have!!! in fact, just this past week, i switched from my mia (which i carried for 7 weeks straight!!!) to my brand new chloe paddington medium front pocket in chocolate. i love my paddy's sumptions leather, dark choco color and the lovely hardware and details... it's very edgy. but in all honest, i do miss my mia and will probably switch back to her soon!
If you are not wearing a jacket it will go over the shoulder, but it was not designed to be a over shoulder bag! It's about half the weight of a legacy satchel so it's not heavy at all! Get the chocolate one! it's so much nicer than the Khaki

I too have disc problems (Im almost 20 and I have already had a slipped disk in my neck and had an artifical one put in and bolted, I have a few others in my neck and lower back). Anyways I want the SAME Mia! I also want the duffle. Let me know how it works out. Im praying they have one at the outlet when I go on the 12th. I want the Dark Brown/ Khaki signature mia along with the duffle with the same color!

I have to tell you Sam, that the little duffle is too tiny in the small, 10 x10 and it has that scuffed natural leather that was already scuffed when it arrive, so I believe that they were both returns. The mia is heavy when filled and beautiiful in chocolate and does not quite go over my shoulder comfortably. You have to cross the straps. It arrived with a damaged lining. the stitches were not good inside and when I looked carefully, no coach care cards were in the pockets and the zippers both were open. Lint sticks to the brown somehow. So if you and I are the same person, it is heavy..when filled and does not comfortably sit on your shoulder, but I loved the bag..I think in khaki and siggie it might be even prettier or more versitile, but carrying it in your hand when you have that neck disc and back disc is hard. I feel it in the knees and lower back and shoulder immediately, especially if it has hardware like the 2 legacies... I am still pondering. I just love them so much and they are so classy. I do not have leather legacy, I sent it back. I still have the Legacy resort denim and Siggie Legacy Espresso slim flap Ali type. I cannot seem to part with them and they are heavy. What bags do you have? Tell me what is comfortable for you...Thanks!!!
