Does anyone have a regular doctor for anti aging maintenance in NYC?

I just had a surgical procedure to correct ptosis eyelids;some fat grafting on face to even out under the eyes, and jaw/chin, using a bit of lipo from middle section; and some suction of the area between the chin and neck. Very subtle. Would absolutely 100% recommend, and am planning to use them for maintenance. very little bruising except oddly below my belly button four days after.

JMO, I would rather put my hands in one trusted professional (highly acclaimed plastic surgeon who is also an ophthalmic surgeon) who was top recommended by my dermatological laser specialist (she is a talented dermatological cosmetic and laser surgeon) than a variety of clinics abroad. (I am a dark skinned Asian who has a tendency to keloid scar and I have no complications, no issues). It’s more expensive, but worth it. when I read threads saying members wish to shop for facial contouring in one place and rhino next; and eyes third, it makes me think chances become much higher for complications and botched issues. If I didn’t trust the aesthetics and judgment of the referring doctor as well as the positive impressions I received from every visit, I wouldn’t use them for anything.

I have finally caved and gotten dysport on my entire forehead but I see the results starting to wear off after just six weeks so am looking for a doctor that can do regular anti aging procedures - some dysport or botox, perhaps filler for smaller lines, smaller touch-ups. etc. I need a regular maintenance routine. I felt like the first doctor I went to didn't offer up as many solutions as I was looking for (I am getting a few pucker lines on my upper lip and also have puffiness and wrinkles under my eyes but she didnt give any suggestions).

Anyone have a regular doctor they go to?

Is there a consultation fee for your doctor or just a copay? Just curious as I read some places charge a lot just for a consultation
Just to update. Consultation fee is I think subtracted from whatever service you end up doing
upneeq eye drops to open up the eye (prescription) I see an enormous difference ( as I got older I felt my eyes somehow got smaller or my face got bigger, IDK
Upneeq opened the eyes too much (I had the Asian eye lid issue, and PS was a much better solution. See below

My laser derm is the one who recommended my double certified occulo plastic Jelks medical. I’ve also had wet lipo done Around waist and under armpit. He’s conservative, so the procedure is subtle but I feel so much better.
still go to my laser derm for clear and brilliant etc and Botox (which lasts me 4-6 months at least; she has me smile or frown and does small amounts all over) , but no more need for filler. All the work is so subtle that my mom simply thought I lost weight (it helps that I wear glasses and she isn’t very observant lol) but the suction under the chin especially has done wonders to subtract age. (My iPhone facial recognition is still needs to be reset, but I still think a lot of that is due to eyeglass switches) The powdered sunscreen didn’t work, so now use either beauty of Joseon or tinted Alastin.

A newer laser has been improving my skin texture and stimulating collagen

clear and brilliant laser

I do numb an hour beforehand bc of the stinging feeling
I'm considering this! I have melasma that came out of nowhere last year, and my dr said this works wonders for it. She also suggested vampire facial, but I asked which one is more effective and she said C&B.

I need to do some research, but would appreciate hearing everyone's thoughts.

also use lasemd and pico+ for hyperpigmentation and brown spots

of this laser work, you must wear sunscreen.

I did not have superficial discoloration, so i think I needed lasemd and pico+. I think I also did a laser called Ella or ellasure, but I don’t really remember. C+B is mainly for skin texture and overall complexion, and it was not recommended for spot removal in my case. since ive started a very conservative amount of PS, I’ve been reluctant to try various facials etc bc I was told or read somewhere that it may make P.S. procedures more difficult later on. So, I don’t have any knowledge of facial versus laser.

be sure to go to a place where the Drs are skilled in a variety of treatments and have different lasers, s9 they can tailor the solution to your personal needs. If you go to a place that only has C&B, that’s all they can do. JMO

ETA: I thought I did write about specific lasers and found an older post #7 of mine here : https://forum.purseblog.com/threads...eone-look-younger-not-just-refreshed.1055237/
