i bought my first balenciaga bag today! the city... in a wine color.... but i dont exactly know its name... its from 2006 3 (it says on the tag...) anyone has an idea of what the name of the color is?

Which color is it, that looks like espresso coffee? It's a current color, they had several at Barneys BH, but the SA didn't know the name of the color. It's a very very dark brown, not chocolatey looking though.
Thanks, English Girl. When in the store, the SA and the other shoppers were calling it cafe or espresso, which I think really captures the color. I am now very sad that I didn't get the bag. They had two. I think one was a Part-Time - wish it wasn't so far to go back and check, but I'm thinking of driving down again tomorrow.

Hi guys! Just want to share my Balenciaga handbags with you. I've attached photos of My First in Brown Pony (A/W06) and The City in Emerald Green . I'm quite impressed with your collection Amour..such an enormous group of colors! I'm just starting my Bbag collection...bought my first Bbag, The City last November. My husband got me the First in Pony as a Christmas present...I'm trying to get the Giant City in Anthracite soon...and The City in Naturel....Will post photos as soon as I get them for color reference, since I understand we are documenting Balenciaga colors here.
