YUMMY! The leather on your coin purse looks really scrumptious...:drool: I think that the Sapins had some of the nicest leather made last year. My Twiggy (which I've yet to use, but I try her on everyday!) has very similar leather to your coin purse. Congrats, Cheshire! Great idea on bringing this to go clubbing rather than a more unwieldy City. :idea:

KattyDC, Jadecee or some merciful onlooker - can you tell me what the name of the style is? I think it's the portefeuille zip wallet...am I right? Or is it the mini-compagnon?

I really need to know. It's almost my birthday.

The emerald green coin purse is TDF, too. Both of these pieces would simply work so well.

I have this wallet but in camel... my card (which I've since lost) did say portefeuille (but it's obviously the zip wallet, not the regular). It has also been called the "real coin" or "coin." It's definitely not the mini-compagnon. That one is about the size of a cd case where this one is closer in size to a blackberry (well, my blackberry at least :smile1: ). I believe it retails for around $375. It is the best small wallet ever. I get loads of compliments on mine.

Thanks, kcd, I'm off in search of one today. The sadness of my current wallet is beyond description, although the leather held up (it's a Vitadini, department store style), the zipper never closed on the coin compartment.
