Every day. I have a Cartier Tank F two tone, a Tag Formula 1 black ceramic and a Tag Aquaracer with pink MOP dial and diamond markers.
I would feel naked without a watch, I need to know the time in my day.
I'm actually about to buy a beautiful Longines cocktail watch for evenings - I always feel slightly odd wearing a cocktail dress or gown and then pairing blingy earrings and a diamond bracelet with my current watches - they're either sporty or decidedly 'day' IMO.
Which Longines watch are u going to get? I like their designs - very simple yet elegant
I'm buying it second hand from a very reputable watchmaker and dealer in Sydney. This is the link:

I've been a longtime admirer of the T&Co small Gemea with diamonds

but I can't really justify the price for a new one and I've never found one in the second hand market. The cocktail watch is a piece that would be getting only 'special occasion' wear. The Longines has a lovely vintage design and is a great price - it stands out a little from the crowd and suits the cocktail/dressy vibe I have been looking for![]()
The Longines is lovely! I prefer it to the Tiffany one actually. My mum has a vintage 18k Longines but unfortunately it is broken. I offered to get it repaired for her but she moved a few years back and now she cannot find the watch. She knows it is in the new house somewhere but she can't remember where she packed it. Hopefully it'll turn up one day and that it can be repaired.
Oh thanks! It's really good to hear another person's feedback on the Longines actually, because I have liked the Gemea for so long and I was not sure about the more vintage-design - could be a little old-fashionedBut I think it's very elegant and definitely a dress watch - not in-between or 'day-to-night'.
I do but I still rely on my phone for time. I find it difficult to read analogue clocks and watches (I also have trouble differentiating between left and right but that's another story).
