I kept mine only because I have the Neverfull MM in Since 1854 jacquard. The pochette isn’t flat like the canvas Neverfull bags. It’s roomy and I can use it as a grab-and-go.
I bought my NF preloved and I was so happy it came with the pouch, I won’t sell it.
There have been some I've sold but I've since realized they are really handy. I keep them now and use them inside bags.

I would keep it. It's an amazing pouch to have attached to the bag, or to use on its own.
And I believe the resale value for the Neverfull with the pouch will only increase over time.

I actually got myself one today. From a monogram gm. I have the old neverfull Mm without the pouch. I am going to use it as a bum bag around my waste and also on the chest. I’ve gotten myself a zipper ring from Amazon and I’ve tried out all kinds of combinations, even attaching my vintage round coin purse to it for my ear buds, and I can carry my Pochette Felicie inserts and my iPhone 12 Pro Max in there and I’m good to go

I wish my Stephen Sprouse graffiti NF came with a pochette pouch. I definitely would have kept it, especially with the graffiti on it. But I guess they didn't come with the pouches back then.

I kept mine, but hardly use it as a pouch. @Sunshine mama gave me info on how to convert the pouch into a crossbody with a chain.
I still use mine as a crossbody.
❤️❤️❤️❤️ you can even wear it with a monogram strap as belt and add a gold chain and wrap it around your waist a few times for another look. Or gold chains and hook your round purse coin if you have one to it for your own version of the multi pochette
