Do you think about resale value when you buy a bag?

No cause when I buy, I don't intend to sell it.

Same, I never thought of parting with it in the first place. If you do then you should reconsider because you sort of know deep down that you don't totally love it. My analogy on this is marriage;) : I think the ladies would agree nobody marries with the view to get out of it later.

P.S. Obviously I part with some of my bags sooner or later but then I give it away to charity shops.

I am not one of those people that keeps a purse for years and years. My style needs are always changing so I get tired of bags after a while and no longer enjoy carrying them.

I used to never think about resale value. I just got what I liked and when I got tired of a bag I would give it to one of my sisters. But since I discovered ebay. I no longer give my bags away (my sisters hate that). I try to recoup some of my initial investment and it allows me to buy new bags. :tender:

No, but then I don't plan on selling my bags in general. Besides, if you keep selling to keep buying, you'll really be spending thousands on a single $1,000 purse by the time you're done.
