Do you take off your rings ?

Hello,

I have a question :do you take off your rings ? I take off most of my jewels (necklace, earrings, Watch) but I keep my engagement ring and wedding ring all the time. I just bought JUC and LOVE Rings in thin versions and don’t know if I have to take them off everyday or if I can keep them7/7 24/24.

Yes, same. I don’t sleep, shower or cook with any jewelry on. In fact, as soon as I come home I shed everything . Just the thought of handling raw chicken with rings on makes me shudder.

not really. i’ll take my rings off if i’m handling raw meat/kneading dough or putting on lotion, but that’s about it. i figure if i’m paying enough for my jewelry i should be able to wear it doing anything. i’ve never had any problems with it before

rings, watch, earrings come off. I have a couple of chains on my neck that stay on. one of them is too much trouble to put on and take off

I wear large-gauge erotic body piercings, (rings, barbells) so no, I never take them out.

I always take my rings off at home. I never remove my earrings (studs or small hoops) or bracelets (Love bracelet and hammered Alhambra). So they're on when I shower, sleep, etc.

Never remove my earrings except to clean them.

I've seen other people here say they sleep with their diamond studs. I tried it and found it uncomfortable

It may depend on the size and shape of the stud?
I have a small brilliant cut and a larger cushion cut but both are not very big.

I know one of mine have very long posts in the back so that can poke me sometimes.

Also, my ear lobes are very small, there isn’t much skin/flesh for the earrings to make contact with; may have something to do with that as well.

Tbh I don’t wear my jewelry unless I am going somewhere nice. I don’t find jewelry comfortable to wear 24/7 and don’t think flashy is best for my everyday situations. The exception being my love bracelet and JUC. If I could remove those easily daily, I absolutely would.

I used to shower and sleep in jewelry but my jeweler got onto me. He said oils and soap build up on the jewelry and sleeping in it can weaken settings/ prongs, that’s all I needs to hear!

Never take my jewelry off. rings, necklaces, and braceletes all stay on. Although I only cook vegetarian so I never have to handle raw meat. And all my jewelry is gold/platinum metals. No gemstones. No costume jewelry or fabric cords.

I take everything off before bed. Rings normally come off as soon as I get home, I don’t like to wear them when cooking or cleaning. Even when out I always remove them before washing my hands/putting hand cream on.
