I have always preferred leather Coach bags basically because I don't want to be a walking advertisement and also if I'm going to spend $300 on a bag, it's much more worth it to get a great all leather bag than canvas. I think they aren't worth the price. This is why all of my Coach bags have been leather. BUT I am falling love with the Hamptons Optic Signature Satchel more and more each day!

I'm definitely in love with the Legacy leather so that's my first choice. I do like the signature though. Most of my signature pieces are accessories. I do have two signature bags and one is black so the signature doesn't stand out that much.

I :heart: Leather!

I just love the feel, all the pretty colors, and the smell! The smell is to die for! Plus I feel that the leather will hold up better. I look at my bags as an investment. If I spend all this time and money selecting the perfect one, I want to have it for years.

I'm not a huge fan of marketing for a company when I have to pay for the product. The day Coach gives me the signature to promote them, is the day I change my mind about it!

When I was younger, I couldn't stand signature, now I like it but usually only black or dark brown colors. I love the leather, but it depends on the bag for me, too. Some I love in leather and not at all in sig. and vise-versa.

I'm not sure that I have a preference...I generally choose bags by how cute I think they are and if they are the size I'm looking for. My most recent purchase was the Legacy Slim Flap, which is my first all-leather bag. I also have the Hamptons Signature Python Stripe, Hamptons Weekend tote, and the Soho Signature Flap.

I tend to wear mostly plain colors, so I like some pattern/interest with my bags. So, I tend to go for signature, but also love the understated black on black I have in an optic tote too.

Most of the time i prefer the leather, i just love leather bags in general much more then anything else, so it stands the same for coach i think they have great leather

I have one signature that i love just as much as my leather ones though!!

and accessories i tend to always go with signature everything haha :)

I prefer leather for its durability, plus it seems dressier to me. Of course, I won't turn down a signature bag if the style is really cute. Generally, if I am going to spend a good chunk of change for a bag, I would prefer leather.
