Pulling a classy wallet out from any bag looks more chic to me than one that matches each bag. I used to use a LV wallet (style name? no longer on the site) that didn't have a zipper, just compartment folds for paper money and credit cards. It was nice...until I overloaded it. Then it stretched to the point where if it wasn't stuffed, things would fall out. It is retired. Now I use a Gucci metalic wallet that zips all the way around, much better. I'm eyeing up the LV Zippy styles now, I'm a convert to wallets with zippers.

No, I hardly ever carry a matching wallet with my bags. The only exception is my Coach wallet, which I use whenever I use the bag it matches. Besides that, my only other wallet is a pink one with a butterfly on it that I got from JCPenney. :p I use my pink wallet more than my Coach one. I think it's perfectly fine if your wallet doesn't match your bag!

I don't match bags and wallets. My wallet holds my life. Drivers Lic, check book, cash, credit cards, library card, membership cards. It is a purple double zip, and is so functional for me. If I had to transfer all my stuff into different wallets every time I changed a bag, I would lose the security of my well protected double zip, and I don't need to go through the hassle. All my bags are either purple, or go well with purple, so I like to think of it as coordinating instead of matching.

Please don't worry about it! They look beautiful together.

I personally don't like matchy-matchy. I like to put personality into what goes into my bags. I do like the colors to coordinate, but even then it can often be coordinating by contrasting. I just like the colors to look good together.

I didn't really plan it as such, but it happens that they do! Typically though this is not the case, I am pretty loyal to one wallet for the duration. I am pretty picky as well as far as the wallets set up, so it's been hard to find wallets that 'fit the bill'!

I don't think mine have ever matched. Currently I"m carrying a pink wallet and gold bag. I think the pink is a nice pop of color.

I would never match my wallet and my bag- I want my wallet to contrast with my bag.
I also like bright wallets so I can find them easily.
BTW, I have just one wallet, but many purses.

I think it looks great with your LV. I don't use traditional wallets. I use large coach wristlets as my wallets. I like mine to coordinate with the bag I'm carrying. I do have a few matchy matchy sets, but if I had an LV or a Gucci wallet I would use them in all my bags. I say do what makes you feel good. I feel as long as it coordinates with the bag being it matchy or otherwise it is all good.
