Keep your judgemental comments/trolling to yourself. Always so negative, trying to take the joy away from people.
First the LV Murakami thread where you rained on everyone's parade multiple times a while ago and now here.
Even react with sad emotion to someone's post who enjoys her Labubu on her bag, SMH.
If you have nothing nice to say, perhaps you should go to a thread that you enjoy and where you actually can deliver a positive contribution instead of raining on people's parade all the time.
It's one thing to have an opinion, but judging people because of a pluche toy and even telling them what to do, no...just no.

And to everyone who posts their Labubu's on their bags or in action, keep going, I love to see them 😍. And never let anyone rain on your parade. To each his/her own.

It's a ridiculous trend for adults to participate in. Note the topic of the thread. It is not a love fest for labubu but rather a question do you labubu - ie what do you think about it? Reread people's opinions at the beginning which strongly negative as are the comments in the article from the purseblog.

As for Murakami asking why nobody is wearing this apparently super successful sold out super desirable collab is a valid question. I am an LV lover and would be happy to see them in public but it's been 6 months and nobody is wearing it...not even the vintage. Maybe you should be asking why simple opinions and valid questions trigger so many people...maybe they care too much what other people think.

Just start separate threads for labubu worship that say no alternative opinions tolerated.

Already bought some outfits for her, although I think she looks great naked as well with the purple fur 🤗.

Oh yay, Labubu twins again . I am so envious of your pretty exclusive Luck one (that would be my HG one ). May I ask if you got the Luck one from a reseller? I am glad to hear you are enjoying these fun little furballs too . Mine collection has grown too (got a couple more coming, all from PM). BTW, I looked into the backstory of the Wings of F one and love the good luck symbolism in the gold dress and gourd.

I think your opinion is fine, especially as someone who shared it not too long ago. I also think your point about it being a thread about whether or not a person chooses to “Labubu” should be open to different feelings and opinions. However, I think the problem stems from otherwise rude or condescending words/adjectives like “ridiculous”, “hideous”, and some peoples words “immature”. I think that’s when it moves from merely weighing in on a trend and becomes insulting to some. It takes it from a fun little discussion to something more mean spirited. A person can truly not care what others think but also not like to be put down for what they like. Anyways, I gotta say that at first I did not see the appeal either so I think it’s fine for you to say how you feel but just know that it might be interpreted as rude to some people. But I understand where you’re coming from 😊

Thank you dear N 😘. You know that it just started with one, the cute Zizi. But somehow they seem to multiply like Gremlins and now there are 3 of them already 😜. I would love to have a bigger one too, especially "Flip with me". You can change the eyes of that one, very cool. And it comes with glasses and an outfit, looking quite smart actually.
But very hard to get at this point, maybe I'll have more luck when the hype slows down a bit. Mine are here to stay even when the hype slows down. I wish they had a Popland in Europe, the only one is in Beijing right now. There you can meet and greet with a life-sized Labubu, I think that would be fun. I've never been to Beijing but maybe this would be a good excuse to go there someday to explore the city, do some Labubu shopping (it seems they are a little bit easier to get there) and to meet a life-sized Labubu 😁.

Definite no for me. Detracts from the bag and I really don’t like the look at all. I generally don’t like bag charms to begin with (with the exception of the Murakami cherry blossom that came with the speedy or a luggage tag part of a bag). Who knows how long this trend will last or when it gets replaced with something else.

These are people's true opinions about labubu...dumb, hideous , ugly, childish etc. I have seen worse. These are all valid words that reflect people's feelings about this trend. They are words adults use and that adults should be able to handle. They are not rude but people who might be unsure of their opinions might see it that way.

This trend is a little extra and seems highly manufactured. It is understandable that children fall for this hype but as adults we should know better. To top it off, labubus aren't even aesthetically appealing. I think the critique here goes beyond labubus into the hype, media, lack of quality, age appropriateness , environmental impact, gambling-like marketing tactics etc

As I said before, there should be a new thread for labubu appreciation away from opposing opinions.

Ha, I can see the similarities here but I must admit that I prefer my WoF 😙.
Makes me think if Kasing Lung actually put inspiration from the Teletubbie for the Labubu design as he stayed in the Netherlands for a while, where Teletubbie was a hype.

I love this, but that's nothing new, I always love your posts 🥰 ! And happy to be your WoF twin. I hope to find a Macaron too one day. It's a perfect match with the damier azur. And your doggy is so precious. Yesterday one of my dogs was already watching "Luck". While they have plenty of toys to play with. Even my dogs wants Labubu now (not going to give it to them though, I'll keep my Labubu's safe) 🫣🤣.

Thanks for checking on your seller for me — I am hopeful I can get a V3 from PM, instead of using an overseas reseller. Wishing you good luck in finding a Flip with me. This morning, I saw my store had I Found You available for store pick up (cute but too big). I am excited to be finally getting an original exciting macaron from PM. I should be done buying now .

OMG an "I found you" Zimomo, no way I could have resisted that . Thank you and you're welcome, I hope you find "Luck" soon from PM 💜. I don't know about overseas but here there are rumors that there will be a PM restock by the end of this month and that there will be a new buying system, which should give everyone a honest chance to get one (as things were getting out of control here).
Happy for you that a Macaron is coming your way, can't wait to see which one it is. I think they are all nice.
And as for that done buying thing, I said the same, just one and then I'm done. Didn't work for me and now I have a whole Labubu wishlist 🫣😅.

I'm shocked at some of the very snobbish and judgemental responses here. Do I Labubu? Yes, occasionally. I even Skullpanda. 😱
Is it silly? Yes. A fad? Most likely. Do I care? No, not at all. It doesn't hurt anybody and the bags don't care what's hanging off them.
I'm 40 and enjoy and need some silliness in my day to day life. Fashion isn't as serious as some want it to be. There are no rules. Enjoy what makes you happy and puts a smile on your face.

Agree whole heartedly with this! It’s perfectly fine to dislike or even hate these little accessories. However, what baffles me is when people start ascribing a lack of taste, maturity or sense to people who like them. It’s weird to me - let’s all live and let live. Enjoy the silly in this chaotic world.
And I’m sure my Mist Skullpanda agrees with me 😉
