No, I do not, nor will I ever. Not my style.

In the Takashi Murakami thread, someone mentioned they were unable to buy the LV Murakami charm, and I suggested checking out the Labubu thread lol.LV's response
Got a notification earlier that these can now be pre ordered on the app ahead of the global launch. Given I missed out on a furry Murakami Cherry Blossom charm due to its non release in the UK, I have filled the gap with the pink and white striped Vivienne. So excited for it to be here mid July!
Anyone else going to order? And what are your thoughts generally? I won’t be offended if they aren’t popular. I plan to have a good look on arrival and decide if worth the steep price.

Oh gosh. That's a scene from my childhood too. I was also into trolls. Big time. The first time I bought one--I was with one of my parents--and they also said "Are you sure you want that? It's so ugly."My dad took me to a local toy store when I was very young to get a troll. Not the new versions from the fairly recent movies. He didn't know what it was so when the salesperson showed him he looked at me and said, "Is that what you want? It's so ugly."I told him that was absolutely what I wanted, and left the store jubilantly with my little troll in a paper lunch sized bag.
For me, part of why I’m having fun with it is because I have an 11 year old daughter who likes them. We both know they’re ridiculous and a fad, but we enjoy watching silly Labubu Instagram videos together. I think the contrast of a luxury bag with an obnoxious looking toy also sends a message not to take any material possessions too seriously.I was out shopping today and actually came across a store selling the lababu. There it was staring at me from the window with its toothy grin...so I had to go see this thing first hand. It is exactly what it looks like a ratty children's toy. It's being sold for about $100 USD. Crazy! LOL I can't believe this is a trend.
It's fine for an 11-year-old but not for a grown woman. Would you hang a barbie from your bag? I'm glad to see that many women are drawing the line at this trend. For me, part of why I’m having fun with it is because I have an 11 year old daughter who likes them. I might hang a Barbie off a bag 🤷🏻♀️ For me, fashion is not a part of life to overly worry about. I doubt I’ll be adding a labubu to my bags in a few months, but for now they bring me joy and I like to see that some others are finding joy with them as well. It's fine for an 11-year-old but not for a grown woman. As long as you don't hang them on your bag and admire them from afar. Wow M! They are too cute! I’m super new to Labubu but my sister has recently become obsessed.Super happy to score Zizi and HeHe from my store online drop! My first time ordering blind boxes — didn’t know what to expect or if I would get 2 of the same one. Wasn’t able to score the BIE drop tonight though but saw them in store.

Congratulations on your new Labubus M! Is there a trick to ordering them?
Plenty of adults in this thread enjoying the charms far past their 20s.As long as you don't hang them on your bag and admire them from afar. If your child enjoys it, that's great.
On another note, I think you have to care about what you wear. While you shouldn't obsess, it does say certain things about you. Hopefully, it says what you want it to convey. Imagine a Harajuku "girl" in her 40s? While it's cute and playful for teens and early 20s, it's definitely not a look for a more mature woman. Fashion is like that.
