Most of you say that you carry your bags on the side of the hand that you use. The weird thing for me is that I'm right handed but I've always carried any and all bags on my left shoulder. I've tried wearing bags on my right shoulder and it just felt really weird!

I don't think this is weird. Our right arms are the arms we do things with, like reach into our purses to dig and do other things with. So if that arm is free, we can reach over into the bag and reach over to unzip it, etc. I'm right-handed and I cannot wear my handbag on my right arm.

I always carry on my right because I have a stronger right shoulder I think. However, after hurting one time while carrying a heavy bag, and after reading these posts, I think I am going to try to rotate and carry on my left to see how it feels. But I first need to get a shoulder bag that will stay on my shoulder:) I am pondering the galliera for now.

Always on the right!! I dont know, it just feel right..

When I need to open it I let one strap slide from my shoulder and open it with my right holding it with my left hand.

Cross body bags I carry on my left shoulder across my right hip.
