Do you carry your shoulder bag in left side or right side shoulder?

Most of you say that you carry your bags on the side of the hand that you use. The weird thing for me is that I'm right handed but I've always carried any and all bags on my left shoulder. I've tried wearing bags on my right shoulder and it just felt really weird!

I'm the same! Am right-handed and carry my shoulder bags on my left shoulder. And even stranger, thinking about it, I only use my right hand/arm to carry my hand-held bags. Weird!

There must be a reason/theory here somewhere!

I carry them on both sides

Same here, I always carry my bags on the side opposite of walls.. like if I am walking around and the wall is to my right, I carry the bag on my left, and if the wall is on my left, duh, I carry the bag on my right shoulder.. (I dont want to scratch my bags up on the walls!.. same when I am walking with my husband I carry the bag on the opposite side of him because its aggravating for my bag to collide with him and me, and get bumped around. haha!

i'm a right handed person so i carry it on my right.

I may be the outlier, since I'm right handed, but I carry my bags, shoulder or hand bags, on the left. 0_o This is completely separate, but I can't wear watches on my left wrist, only on my right. My mom has always told me that since I'm right handed, it should go on the left. I must be the weirdo of the family lol.

same for me! left for handbags because you need your right hand free to do other things such as grab stuff from your handbag, text on your phone, shopping, signing papers, etc. vice versa for lefties.

ITA! I'm right-handed and I use my left shoulder to carry my handbag.

I carry on my right, feels weird on my left. I have noticed that LV's tend to be made for the left. For instance, the viva cite line has a bag with a pocket on the side of the bag that faces the back of you if you carry it on your right shoulder. I too purchased the Popincourt Haute and returned it when I realized it too was better suited for lefties.

Always my right side for my shoulder bag, but i do both form my handbags...depending on which hand is busy at the moment (ex. holding a child or shopping bag).

I'm right handed, but I carry my bags on my left side no matter what.
My boyfriend said I was weird because apparently, since I'm right handed, it should be on my right...

I don't know why but it looks so wrong on me on the left side. the second point is that it doesn't stay there .. my handbags are also all on the right side. I would really like to know why ^^

left. I try to switch it because my left shoulder is already lower than my right from the weight of my bags but it just feels too weird!!
