Speedy B 30 in DE, big enough to hold gloves, a scarf and ski hat.
Minnesotan here and I honestly never would have thought that I shouldn't use canvas below -15! I don't personally plan to be out in that kind of weather for more than a few minutes 
so I would imagine the bags I use the most in winter: speedy b in DE or MWT NF in noir, or my new boulogne in noir would be just fine. I do like to break out the epi Alma bb too.

It gets cold but not as cold as our neighbors in Minnesota and Canada. I've used my Neverfull all winter in the past and also my South Bank Besace. I guess I don't really spend a lot of time outdoors, just from the car to the indoors!
Minnesota Gal also, Lockme Backpack or NeoNoe (Leather) are my all weather bags.

North of Germany and we had first snow today which is not usual but a lot of rain. My most used bags are my black empreinte pochette Metis and my Graceful PM in DE (with crossbody strap).
Canadian here as well. It can get hella cold sometimes. Since Most of my LV's are hand held Speedies..and can be annoying with mitts, etc. I tend to use my Hermes Evelyne's in the winter.
Also Canadian here, I am thinking about using PM reverse and/or Speedy B25 DE if I need more stuff, small errands with Boite Chapeau Souple PM, my favorite and worry-free coach Zip Geometric Pouch.
Cold wet winters where I live so my go to bags are the Speedy 35 in DE and Alma BB in DE.
I live in Oregon where it rains constantly. My winter go-to is my empreninte pochette metis. It's also my go-to when we visit family in Maine during the winter! Can't go wrong with it, I've had it for about 3 years now. No issues.
Because my friends at TPF say it's okay, I'm using my empreinte PM (Turtledove) today in the Wisconsin sleet/snow/rain!
After 7 years of having mono LV I just don't care about rain and wet anymore. I find that if I just wipe the vachetta with a wet cloth and equal it all out then you see no drops when it dries. I use my mono Graceful PM in winter because it's my next size up bag. I can easily add gloves and a scarf into it. The last time I carried my mono Speedy it was a special day and it rained. I wiped and evened it all out except for the drops on the tag. Those drops remind me of that special day and I still carry them with me.

Another Wisconsinite!!! I use my bags as normal except for the vachetta bags in case it starts to snow….I have no issues with canvas cracking …brrr!!!
