Do you carry your bag on the left or right side?

Which side do you prefer most?

  • Left

  • Right

  • Either side don't matter. I'm comfortable and switch between both.

  • It depends on where I wear it, like my arm, shoulder, hand, etc. Combo of both.

I'm right handed, wear the bag on my left shoulder, or in the crook of my left arm, but carry a bag in my right hand. Its very rare that I carry a bag in my hand though, because I have an 8 month old, and need my right hand to carry her in her car seat, or do something with her.

Exactly the same here. I make myself switch cuz it hurts and also cuz I don't want to look uneven one day when I'm old!!

I have a problem with the nerves in my neck and shoulders, and if I wear a bag for too long on either shoulder it makes the arm and hand on that side ache...so I tend to have to switch back and forth every ten to fifteen minutes. But bags still don't feel comfortable on my left shoulder, even though I have been doing this for years!

I'm another right-hander who uses the right shoulder and the left hand. Unless, I'm carrying a child and then bag goes on shoulder on the left... but not always. My bags are typically on my shoulder because I'm afraid I'd forget it if I put it down.

Right handed, bags on the left! It doesn't matter if it's on my shoulder, in my hand, on my arm, or even crossbody. I think it's because that way I can use my dominant hand to reach into the bag for something.

^ me too! but I also switch sometimes I do wear it on the right thats if the other side is bothering me I usually carry big bags with a good amount of stuff so they can become heavy after long wear. But mostly I like my purse on the left *_*

Shoulder bags, I always carry on my right shoulder because they fall off of my left shoulder (for whatever reason). Hand held bags, I normally carry on my right arm but I'll switch to left occassionally (but not for too long).
