Do I have to purchase from the same SA person in the same store

Dear all,

I have been purchased several items from one SA in the same store, but she is not really helpful and cannot find anything I really want at all, never giving me any information about any B bag or K bag!! So I really want to find other SA in the same store because I know there is one very nice SA there. Will other SA service me even though they know I have been purchased from my SA? Can I tell them that I want to change my SA? Please give me some help and advice. Thank you all in advance.
