Do all Bbags come in boxes? Did yours?

I bought a pine city from them. I didn't specifically ask for a box but they sent it in the white balenciaga box and the brown shipping box with the balenciaga sticker label.

you were right panda. i got an email from AR today asking if i wanted a box. they did state that they ran out and would mail one when they got them in stock. amiekbs8, you can never have too many days. after all, these are the days of our lives.

I just purchased from AR as well. 4 days post-purchase they emailed to say that as they had run out of the white boxes they didn't include it, but that if I wanted it they'd mail one to me when they got some in

I bought a Mangenta city from SF NM over the phone last week. But, there was no Balenciaga box with it when it arrived. I'm just wondering is it the way or they forgot sending me the box?

Only Bal NY sends you the Balenciaga box. Neiman Marcus doesn't.

AR does send the bags with the boxes.

Actually, I did get the Balenciaga box from NM one time...and that was when the SA found that they were showing a Sapin City in the warehouse stock, so she ordered it to be shipped to me straight from the warehouse. That makes me think that the SAs are probably the ones who remove the bags from the Bal boxes and then ... horrors... discard the boxes!!!

Every time I've ordered from BalNY it comes with the box. I love the box.

I just ordered a 2 bags from BalNY (one was for my sister, I swear!) and did not get a box for either one! I had no idea I was missing something, hmm....

Many shops do not have the boxes – in fact, they receive bags from Balenciaga without boxes. For the past year or so, my local Balenciaga boutique gets their bags without boxes – I was told by the manager that it halves the shipping cost for the *boutique* (not customer) without the box. When I bought from Balenciaga Milan, my bag also came without a box. In this day of high oil prices, I think many boutiques are trying to reduce their shipping costs.

I asked for a box when ordering from Barney's Dallas and the SA told me that they discard them as part of the packing materials, but when I ordered from Barney's NY, I think Madison Ave (?), they had the boxes and sent me one. BalNY will ship in a box if requested, but they are changing from the big, luscious, paper ones, to ones that look more like pizza boxes : ( I have not seen the pizza ones, I always ask for an older one and the biggest they have!

I purchased my Bubblegum City from SF NM a few weeks ago in person. I did not received a box. Actually, none of my bbags came in boxes. I think I'm definitely missing out something big here.
