Diversifying my portfolio's...I mean, sources - anyone in France or Belgium or EU?

I realize this might be the wrong place, but it really is related to shopping...
I am looking for a particular item by another fashion house, and they are all out within the US...

What is the procedure for finding out if any EU stores have a particular piece in stock? Is there a 800 number? Must I call each store? I had called the 800 number in the US and they state there are no more left here...

Any ideas?

I live in Belgium and, for LV, if you call one store they can tell you the stock in the other 2 Belgian stores and they can do a transfer.
Wich other fashion house is it?
