This is what I paid for the Mickey key pouch but even if today is only the 13th day, they said I couldn't get a price adjustment because I got it from a different event and there's already been 2 (!) events since I ordered. Lady I taked to on the phone said there was a June 21st event and then the current one today. :sad:

Was your Saddle bad from your outlet store or online outlet? I got the Mickey key pouch online (on the 16th so less than 14 days) but if they can price adjust at citadel I wouldn't mind going lol.

Online. I called the 800 number this morning and was told that since it was from the last event that they could not do any adjustment. I mentioned that they were 50% twice at the end of the last sale and this was the FP reserve and not technically an "outlet" item. Didn't matter, but she did tell me that since the purchase date was less than 14 days, that I could try going into an outlet store (not a FP boutique) and they should be able to do the adjustment. The manager said she didn't see why not because it was less than 14 days , but she has never come across this type of problem before. She called another outlet to ask them and the manager at that store said yes she could do it, but it was at her discretion whether or not to actually do it. Seems kind of wrong that if you don't have a good relationship with the store, or the manager flat out doesn't want to do, then you are out of luck.

I got the same answer from the 800-number (for Coach online outlet) but I called Citadel and was told they've never done a price adjustment. Sigh.

I got on right when it opened and many were available but already in carts so I guess quantities were very limited. I ended up ordering another mini Charlie backpack since they didn't have the black available at the last sale.

Those prices are so misleading I mean the outet prices were never that high to start with the true bargains are the FP items at 75% off wow so jealous I'd love a key case at even half price but they are selling on eBay for full retail still if not more. I paid full outlet price for a lot of items and will never do it again now I know they reduce to 75% off pretty fed up with coach tbh exp as they don't do price adjustments or refunds in the Uk at all

I went to the Milpitas outlet on Wednesday. They wouldn't give me a price adj. either on the small Mickey bag I had bought on the last sale either. They said I could return if they had another one in the store and I could rebuy or return it and wait 24 hrs since they didn't have one before I could buy it back. I don't live around there (one hr away) plus my mom and sister were waiting 2 hrs for me cuz they were having a sale and people were buying alot of mff so I kept it. Wasn't happy at all!
