Well I've decided I will return one and keep the other (unless I don't like them both). It is just depressing to buy something and then literally 3 days later it is $70 cheaper (and it hadn't even shipped yet!). If that is their policy obviously there is nothing to be done about it. But I am going to seriously reconsider purchasing again from the online outlet due to this. Depends on the item. I know they totally play games on pricing at the brick & mortar outlets so it is not surprising that they do it online too. I just wish the PA policy was the same across the board.

At least you get refunds and price adjustments - outlets here do replacements only no refunds and o price adjustments

Wow. I don't get why Napa won't give me a price adjustment. I literally bought the items on a Monday and found out they had another 20% off 2 Mickey items on a Wed. Whatever. I won't shop there again if I can go to Petaluma or Vacaville.

Wow- you're lucky. I thought none of the outlets in Canada got any of the red bennetts! We only got the black or the white. I went the first week too and no red Bennett or red backpack.

Sorry about the bag charm ladies I feel bad now -wish I could get you all onebut It was the last one. I think exclusives is a bit unfair really it should be a fair playing field unless we could do swapsies lol. I really wanted the little key cases and enamel pin hangtag you had and we didn't get those over here. I also wanted the tote in red with the motorcycle Mickey but not sure we had the style in that colour if we did it was bicester store only and limited stock - strange marketing strategy - make loads of the stock that won't sell even at 70% off but limit or deny customers the stuff they want to buy full price!!!
