I bought 35 black clemence Birkin from her, just got it and it is absolutely beautiful. She is wonderful, very patient and trustworthy. Transaction went fast and smooth. Packaging came as if from H boutique with all the paper works. She even included a small gift. Thank you, Jean and hope to do business with you again.

Just had another great transaction with Kaleidoplace.

She rated the Black Box Kelly Lakis "8.25 out of 10"
and I was pleasantly surprised when I find it in mint condition!!
Even it had a subtle smell of new leather! :heart:

Only thing I should have asked her was not to choose "direct signature required" option via FedEx. Not like USPS Express Mail, with which the addressee can assign others to receive the package for them, FedEx does not allow it once that option was chosen by the sender. So I needed to get it on my own, although my concierge was always ready to do that job for me. When I bought another bag from her previously, direct signature option was not chosen by the sender.

Just thought there might be a member who is in similar situation like me and wants to ask her when checking out.

Anyways, I'm more than satisfied with this purchase, and love, love, love my Kelly Lakis... it's so "me"!! :yahoo:

I have emailed her letting her know that I do not want it given that she misrepresented the product & would like her to refund my money plus whatever it costs to send it back to her. I don't think that's unreasonable, is it? Waiting now for her response...

Has anyone else had a similar situation, and, if the seller was unco-operative, was the supposed protection that Paypal offers of any use?

Just wanted to follow up on this. After getting nowhere with the seller, the case was escalated with the ebay resolution team who decided in my favour. I returned the item which was apparently delivered on 4 Nov but surprise, surprise, no refund. I would be very wary of this seller who goes by the name of nadiebo123 or her shop name missme1. :tdown:
