Hello,

I noticed that some of the older Evelynes that have barenia and/or barenia toile and sold on the Japanese sites have the date stamp in a different location than I normally see.
Please see picture.....
Is this normal for older bags?
I was looking at Elady's (reputable seller) items and she has one with the same stamp location. Thanks!

Sorry - this is an authentication related question, and those need to go into the relevant threads.

Thanks.

Hi I'm new in the forum. I apologize in advance if I post this in
The wrong thread. I was wondering if anyone could help me ID this Hermes bag and what kind of leather this one have? It kinda looks like garden party but would like for someone to help me verify? Thanks

This is a garden party in amazonia. Amazonia is made from a rubber plant so the bag body is not "leather" though the trim and the handles may be. Amazonia bags are no longer made. Here is an old thread on the properties of amazonia

I'm new and trying to be mindful of where to post. I hope this is the right section. Do all vintage Herbags have an inner pocket? I'm in the market for one (waiting for right colour combo) and ideally I'd like to flip the inner part outward and make it functional like a zip.

Attached is the pic of my wife's Kelly dog extreme rose Jaipur bought from Tokyo Hermes.

We could not locate the date stamp and this was the pic taken. Can anyone enlighten us?
