I got an e-mail from my SA last week; they got a Dinky in 1941 Red brought in as a return. Apparently JAX shipped out the wrong colour in error on an order. I'm picking it up tomorrow; I'm not going to keep it for myself given that I prefer the 24 size and just bought a larger red bag last month, but I know my eldest daughter will love it. I gave her the clutch in this colour for Christmas but it won't hold her new 8+. She'll be thrilled with this one.
I went to pick up my Dinky today only to find out is was that orangy-red with the orange lining. Very different than 1941 Red, unfortunately. I left it at the store. Oh well.
I really want to get a 24 size. I used my quilted one on a business trip and loved it, but I'd love the larger size for more every day use. Now here's to hoping more colors are coming, or even better the SAS has some that magically appear from the depths of the warehouse!
Really loving this black dinky with the gunmetal hw. The links are usually not my style but I think they add a nice texture and some uniqueness to an entirely black bag.

Thank you! It's the regular dinky, I have a bigger one from a different collection that I can post later. I can do a side by side comparison too if that helps. I saw the bigger version of this dinky with green and python yesterday at an outlet - I think both sizes look really nice.
Purchased this baby a few weeks ago and haven't been able to put her down. Colour is denim, already thinking about getting the black too hehehe
Does anyone know what the new colours for spring 2018 is? I'm in Australia and can't seem to find anything on the spring collection. Would die for a nude coloured dinky though
Has anyone bought a calf leather Dinky, and is it working out okay? I ask because I went to the store to see what sale Dinky items they had, and they had the marine signature one with the flower design inside. I hadn't considered that, but in person it looks better than the pics online, and the inside is really nice. She thought it was glove tanned, and I didn't know until I left that it was calf leather (looked it up online). I don't have anything against calf leather, but the other Dinky I have is glove tanned, and I really like it. I honestly can't tell a big difference, so just wondering if the calf functions as well over time.
I just order that one, sorry to hear you returned it. One of the things I love about the dinky is the soft glovetanned leather so I guess I'll wait and see how I feel about the signature.
What color was the inside, navy? They don't show the inside of the marine color on the site.
I decide to return my black quilted Dinky with rivets. It’s just not love for me, and that’s my criteria now.
What I really love is the Diorama or LV Felicie. I learned my lesson with the Neverfull. I didn’t want to spend that much, so I went with a Coach Turnlock tote, then a Rogue tote, then I bought the NF I wanted in the first place and never use the others.
I won’t use a small dressy bag that often, but when I do, I want it to be one I adore. I have three other Dinkies and love them, but the qulted version is one I preferred in pictures over the real thing.
