Unfortunately mine had already been received by Coach a week and a day by the time Good Friday came. :-( So that is why I am feeling less than confident, but we will see.... hopefully today I will see something in email. I will probably do all future returns in the store. This is my first mailed return, and it is going much slower than any other return I have done with any other company.

I have done a couple of returns via shipping back to Jax and they were a bit slow with it and it wasn't even a busy period. As long as I had confirmation that the package was delivered to Coach, I didn't let it concern me because I knew if they were slow to ship, they would probably be even slower to do returns. :laugh:

Being that it was PCE time and people seem to buy like crazy and then have regrets....or find the items are flawed or just don't 'fit' them, so you are talking hundreds of returns. Don't expect an email about anything, just check your credit card account for the credit to it. I've never gotten an email from Coach telling me my return had been received or one telling me my purchase had been credited back to me.

Thanks so much for that info...that makes me feel better. I hadn't done it before so I wasn't aware they could be that slow. I did think about all of these PCE returns, and they are probably busier than usual given all of those expensive purchases that didn't work out for buyers. I wish I had just taken it to the store, though I hate going there, but it would have given me my large credit more quickly.

I did go to the store to return my Dinky today, and had my least favorite SA there-- she makes me uncomfortable and seems to find some obstacle for the occasional return. But the good news is that I survived and have my credit for that one.

So you clip one side and string through the other and back around again.. So it makes a full circle... That kinda makes the strap in the middle. Not too Long and not too short.

Thanks for the suggestion. I use this technique to carry it on shoulder as a double strap. If I use it as a long shoulder, I worry the top of the flap might get damaged because the strap is a chain link instead of leather like your Dinky. I wish the larger Dinky came in a Pistachio (yours is absolutely beautiful) because its my favorite color but just too small for all my stuff.

Hmmmm.... I see your point about the chain damaging the flower applique. Sigh.... What to do??

Thank you!! I love my Dinky as well. Yes the colour is lovely. In my country, there were only 2 of the Pistachios in the stores so I quickly grabbed one before it disappeared.

My SA has the small dark blue flower Dinky and she carries her bag like the second picture, with the longer strap. I should ask her whether her flowers are okay.

[emoji173]️[emoji173]️ So here's my new Dinky in Smoke. I LOVE it! It was hard to capture the true color - it isn't black, it's a darker smokey gray. The cornflower interior is darker than my pic. My surprise charm is the gold feather, it doesn't match lol, but I actually surprisingly think it looks really cute on the bag. I also bought the chain so I can mix it up when I want. I'm impressed with how buttery the leather is and the smell is amaaaazing! I haven't taken her out for a spin yet so tags are still on. [emoji173]️[emoji173]️

Does anyone know if there may be a little bigger version of the Dinky than the 24 coming out? No matter how much I scale down I can't "Dinkify" down to a bag that size. I absolutely love the bag after seeing all your beautiful pictures but know I will never be able to use it.
