Really that's strange maybe it's random how they pack the charms in the hologram packaging which emoji did you get at first and that's so nice that your sa let you change ur charm I know at my coach store your only allowed to buy the display bag with the charm that it comes with that's awesome you got to pick the charm you picked a good charm hehe 😉 Enjoy your bag and I almost forgot what colour dinky did you get ?

Thanks! The charm I originally got was the blue one with stars for eyes. I got the black/oxblood dinky. That's strange that they only allow customers to buy a bag with an already opened charm. I thought that part of the fun of this dinky was opening the 'surprise' charm.
no problem i mean the store has new ones with the charms unopened but the store i deal with won't let you switch charms with the display bags if you don't like the charm you get when you open the surprise packaging
