I thought the Shoulder Bag was about 15" x 12" - proportions different than the Mini which is 12" x 12" (approximately)

But I see a bag on EBAY which has longer handles and is called the shoulder but it is about 12.5" x 12.5"

Are there different sizes for the Shoulder?

There is only one Shoulder. I am sure the seller, who lists many bags at a time, just didn't input the right measurements. The correct length is 15 and height 12, just as you stated.
