15.5 tall is a typo, your measures are correct. One size, perfect proportions. Strap drop is about 9.5"
I like the satchel straps on this. It takes a little getting used to if you're used to shoulder straps. LP doesn't sell separate or replacement straps. Isabella Fiore Angelina Pick Up lines hobo is a fabulous pyramid studly shoulder bag.

I carried my new purple dylan large speedy today. I really like this bag, its so comfortable to wear and lightweight. The straps are long, so you can easily fit them over a coat. I also wore my new steel wide cuff today! I just got it yesterday.
