I wanted to come back and update everyone.... He proposed last night and I am over the moon excited to share with you all!!!! I love and appreciate all the comfort everyone has given me and my worries about it being "too showy" have diminished.

Your ring is beautiful and tasteful and not too large at all. It looks beautiful on your hand. I can relate to how you feel, however. My ring is substantial and larger than the size a previous poster suggested as too large. At first I felt a bit uncomfortable but one tends to get used to such things (ha).
Congratulations on your engagement and I wish you a lifetime of happiness :smile1:.

Congrats on your engagement!!!
It looks perfect on your hand. You're out of this world.
Your worries should have gone for long. Never have to worry about how others see you.
Wish your happiness is as shiny as the diamond, always and forever!

I agree with EB. It's a perfect size for your hand.

(and there is a phenomenon called "shrinkage". After wearing your new E-ring for several months, it will seem much smaller and may, in time, cause you to consider an upgrade ;) )

Congrats on finding your perfect stone!
Ain't that the truth!
OP...your stone is stunning!!!
Congrats!

lol.. yeah, I've had my e-ring for 3 years now (married just over a year ago) and it took some getting used to. I totally understand the "shrinkage" phenomenon. Also, after you start wearing your wedding band, you'll need to get used to that too.

But it looks great! You'll get used to it!
