I can not wait for you to receive your ring. Dying to see pics and hear your review.
I have been looking at similar eternity bands, might be worth the trip into NYC to see them if you love yours

Keep the faith I should have pics posted by Friday or Saturday. It feels like Christmas. I'll take pics of the ring and the certification.

Just got my 3.6 ct eternity wedding band; F-G color; Brilliant Cut, VS-VS1; non enhanced. This is from the Diamond District dealer from NY on Ebay.

That's one awesome eternity - looks fabulous on you! Love the setting & how you just see diamonds and not metal.... Will definitely check that seller. Have fun wearing your lovely ring!

that U setting lends it's self to a continuous stream of diamonds. The ring is in 18K white gold but you really don't see the metal. So I can wear this band comfortably with white or yellow gold. Good luck with your pursuits!

Wow it's gorg Susie, are you going to take it to your jeweller to confirm the specs? How much did u pay for this stunner again?

I took it in and my jeweler friend verified the signed certificate; I will show it to you now. I paid 4000 dollars The certificate says the ring retails for 13,000. That's exactly what 70 percent of my local jewelers quoted me when I gave them my ring's specs.

When I pressed for a better price I would get them down to 11,000... yea...

There was one discount jeweler in STL. that quoted me 5,500 for a 3 ct SI1 14kt gold band. I almost went with that ring but then I saw this dealer's goods.

I blotted out my name and addy.

Susieserb, I noticed the seller's sample certificate on EBay is also numbered 582, same as yours. Did your jeweler friend confirm the diamond specs as well?

TIA as I'd consider purchasing from this seller if everything checks out!

Absolutely beautiful. I have the exact setting on my eternity band. If I may, I will advise you not to stack this eternity next to another diamond band. Because the diamonds are exposed, the friction will slowly damage your stones along the edges. Unfortunately, I've had to re-polish 5 stones.

Gorgeous! If I hadn't just got a diamond ring, susie, I'd be soooo tempted. Just lovely.

As for the NYC diamond thing, my husband knows a guy who knows a guy (you know how that goes) down on 47th St. He had my first wedding band custom designed there and got "such a deal"! Although I don't know what he spent, whenever we've gone into a jewellery store he plays the old "how much do you think I paid for this?" game and then always looks very smug when he hears the answer. Clearly, there are deals to be had.

I wish I was in New York right now. *sigh*
