I would just keep contacting VC, to have them resubmit all the paperwork required by customs.

Why not?

It sounds like they want to know who manufactured the item and where it was manufactured. It may be they need this information to determine duty. Otherwise, they would be asking for the shipper’s info. Which is VC

Either way if you tell them or not, they have ways they will find out whats inside the box. So i would just tell them what is inside. They are more worried about if the item is authentic or if the value was declared correctly. Did the company who shipped it declare full value of the item? If so then you have nothing to be worried about and just be honest with them.

yes they put the amount that I paid for on it. that's probably why it's flagged imo... this is the last time I am buying a bag overseas

that's probably why they rejected it cause I gave the shippers info.. Well DHL said someone will call me tomorrow. UGH

I have never purchased from VC before so im not familiar with their policies or protocals. How much was the value? I don't see any reason for them to reject it because of that unless it was ridiculous low amount. At this point, have DHL open an investigation for you to see why it keeps getting rejected.

the bag price was 2700, but they put custom fees and taxes so I paid 3100 total

right! I paid the duties with my purchase. VC said if they make me pay it again, they will refund me. But I hope I get it soon.. did they ask you what was in your box?
