Dhl express package held by customs for international shipment.

Now DHL is saying customs refused the shipment after inspections and now they are shipping it back to the original sender, but have no information on tracking so i can't track it going back to the sender and to file a claim with the sender. Wth am i going to do now? DHL really needs to get their crap together because this is ridiculous, i will NEVER use them ever again, Horrible and unreliable customer service.
 
I've been expecting a shipment from a international reseller and the tracking DHL express number says "shipment closed, please contact dhl" if customs is holding it shouldn't it say "held by customs" instead so they can investigate? Does this mean that they are not ever releasing it to me even if i submit proof of purchase or authenticity records??? Im so confused at this point i hope they don't plan to never give it back. According to the dhl representatives they said customs has confiscated it but why does it say closed and not just held for clearance and they just need more documentation to release??? If anyone has any insight please help a girl out. Im desperate at this point and can't sleep.
I wonder if the seller misrepresented the value to pay / charge less duties.
 
Update 1/31 package has finally arrives after 3 weeks! It was released from customs 1/11 and had been sitting at DHL Cincinnati Hub for 2 weeks total. I emailed the CEO of US DHL Express and was able to get someone to help me get the package moving, and it was delivered today! Minor damages on corners and scratches on inner flap, it mightve been damaged by customs, since it was pristine when packaged. Does anyone think i should file a damage claim with Dhl at this point? Im just soooo happy this nightmare is over with and finally recieved my unicorn! Thank you for eveyone who replied and helped out! Ive learned so much about the international shipping process since then, and have determined that it is just not worth purchasing overseas for me anymore. This will be my last Chanel for awhile. If anyone needs info on how to deal with a matter like this feel free to directly message me and i will glady give you some advice.

I'm having the same dillemma, I am the shipper. My buyer is expecting the package to be delivered 2/7 as per DHL tracking but latest tracking says it's undergoing physical inspection. I have undervalued the bag as per consignee to avoid taxes. Can you Please please guide me with the process?
