Speaking of the customer at VB: I have the hexagonal bag in Croc from VB and i did something unspeakable
i cleaned it with the regular leather cleaner
i know i know, what a dumbo! Well, the shine went away and it became matt (also not a bad look btw). Bare in mind, it's one of the first H bags in Croc she made (2011). Well, i called VB customer service and a gentleman called Rio said that as an exception, they will take it from me and send it to Italy (of course, at an additional cost) but nevertheless, rather than trying to find some croc repairer, the actual people who made the bag will be fixing it. I say it's a Winning situation! 
I have to say, i am impressed by the after sales service. So far i own 5 bags of VB - i added to my collection a couple more will post pictures a bit later. And i do believe that in about 5 years people will get more on the wagon with the VB accessories. Her quality is superb, the colours are eye popping and well, the service is simply top notch! Bravo Victoria.

Hi everyone, just wanted to post to let you know I've just been on the VB website and noticed there has been a big price increase in the bags!! The Liberty was £895 and is now £1100!! Also the Quincy is going from £795 to £995. You can still get the spring/summer ones for the old price everywhere, but the 'signature' and ones that are 'coming soon' on her website are at the increased price which means to me once the current crop is gone they will all be at the increased price. So just in case you were hesitating, I would grab one now and save some money....

No problem. I just wish there was a colour combination in the Liberty I wanted at the moment as I'd grab it at the lower price. Shame!!
I finally pulled the trigger and bought the hot pink Quincy at the old price of £795 - I was looking at it on a few sites and the stock was dwindling and had even got the price hike in some cases so I got nervous that I would not get it... Should be here very shortly and I will post a pic!
