Designer Brands You Will Never Buy

I'm going to borrow some from Annanas 'cause your list is so close to mine and I love your comments, so allow me to embellish:

-chanel cambon, ANY COLOR. Yep, I want to pay huge sums to advertise Chanel.
- LV monogram - no. see above.
-lv denim -- really exploiting the upscale aspirations of high schools students
-lv mc (even the real ones look fake and the fakes look real and who cares?)
-lv fringe -- This isn't real, is it? a nightmare vision.
-lv leopard - an abomination. Mr. Vuitton is rolling in his grave.
-coach -- boring brand, and the logo print is TACKY!
-Dior - never found any appeal
- Juicy Couture -- one of the first signs that the Apocolypse is not far off. Ghastly knock-off brand, awful and way way way overpriced. Emperors new clothes.
-d&b anything - wow, people will pay for watered-down coach!
-Chloe Paddington/Edith - I would rather join a gym for weight training, it's cheaper.
- Hermes Birkin - ridiculous amount of money to spend on a bag, I'd buy a rationally priced bag and give the rest to charity.
- Rafe/Fiore/Kooba - LV prices for so-what bags.

No offense to anyone intended.

I'm just not attracted to any of the "it" bags like the Spy, Balenciagas, Muse, Chloe, Chanel Cambon, etc. But I just don't really like leather bags unless it's Hermes. I like LV (the classics like the Speedy) and Goyard. I don't know, I think having one Hermes bag has spoiled me for other leather bags because I just love the H colors and togo/clemence leather the best. :shrugs: I don't dislike the others I listed...they are really pretty on their owners but just not my particular style. :flowers:

:roflmfao:

i do have a paddington but it never seems to see the light of day anymore.. i should probably sell it but i can't seem to do it :confused1:

Chloes ARE beautiful, but after one afternoon with an Edith I had the handbag equivalent of tennis elbow. not for stick-figure-arms like mine.:s

I really can't stand:
- All LV models other than monogram Ellipse, Marelle, Sonatine and Epi models
- Balenciaga
- Prada Napa Gauffre Frame Bag (I think this is the worst)
- all animalier printed bags or with fur
- all autumn/winter Gucci bags, stuck at the 80s??
On the other side I like many Gucci monogram bags, but I'm tired looking that everyone carries it (if it's not Gucci, it's a monogram LV).

Have u guys seen cojo's (steven cojocaru's) rant on big bags? hilarious! the video is on the entertainment tonight website. I dont think i can post links here (??) but it is pretty easy to find: etonline.com. He totally shouts down the Olsens -- "you look like you're carrying around a minibar in there!"

Most of Marc Jacobs bags. When I saw one at Nordstroms it felt flimsy and had loose strings hanging off of it. I was so disappointed, because I was getting ready to buy one.
I love LV and Balenciaga. Mostly LV accessories.
I don't get chloe, who wan'ts to carry a huge padlock around?
Anything with lots of hardware or too heavy. I had the white legacy bag from coach that was 798$ and THAT thing was HEAVY, and such a pain to get in and out of. If I let the hook unattached it would clink everytime I took a step like I had a metal peg leg.

I don't like:

1) Fendi Spy, sorry but no matter how many mutations it goes through, I still don't get it. Palazzo - it was inspired by a bucket, and that's what it looks like, an overpriced bucket.
2) Chanel Mademoiselle - it reminds me of car seats.
3) LV frange, multicolour and anything LV that has too much going on!
4) Furla - it looks cheap and is overpriced.

Ok, hope no one shoots me now :p

i have to say, i find anything quilted a bit odd, i dunno why, i think it reminds me of dressing gowns or something? Oh and i have to agree; i dont like having a monogram all over my bag either-im more of a classic, simple kinda gal. Sorry LV

Funny first I didn't understand the Balenciaga hipe. But since I've closely seen touched and tryed it on I'm totally hooked it suits me much more than the more classic stuff. On the other hand I really liked LV as a teenager and don't anymore. I really don't like the logostuff (apart wallets they are good quality and nobody sees them).
