Designer Brands You Will Never Buy

I do not like the logged up versions of bags by any brand. Some bags look like they decided, um I don't think anyone knows what brand this is, so why don't we make the logo bigger than the top level of the eye chart so it is visible from 1 block away.

Tory Burch is on the no go list. She has derivative, yet attractive bags that are generally ruined by a ginormous logo. It seems funny, I swear when I am walking down the street, people with the Tory Burch bags have the bag turned to hide the logo.

I also do not like regular Chloe bags. Everyone I have picked up seems to weigh a million pounds without my stuff in it. The See by Chloe seems more practical.

Vera Bradley is out too. I like my bags to be "boring" and solid colors. I am colorful/patterned enough without needing it in my accessories.

I used to buy MK but have recently turned off and will not buy MK again.

The big round tag really puts me off.

Sold all my MK bags except one that my husband gave to me.

I haven't bought an MK bag in a while, but the ones I had with a big MK had it placed on an easily removable leather strap. I just threw those in storage and saved some weight on my bag! Are they more permanently affixed now? The last MK bag I got was a Selma, delightfully understated with limited branding. Same with my Miranda tote. Each just has some subtle lettering.

Some are still easily removed, others are permanently attached. Unfortunately the ones I bought were unremovable.

Selma is a nice bag!

im not a fan pf balenciaga's bags! the tassels and the crinkly leather look is not for me. im also not a huge fan of michael kors- i just see them everywhere and they always seem to be a rip off of another brands style. coach has been doing this too, ive noticed.

I have gone through my MK phase. I sold off all my bags and accessories that I have had. Just got to a point where nothing really struck me as OMG! Same with coach. As much as I love mulberry there aren't any bags or SLG that appeal to me. However their scarves I would totally get. I am still undecided about LV. I go back and forth.

Even though my first few bags from when I was teenager was Coach, I'll never buy one again. The logo bags are meh.. and the leather bags can be nice but the styles just don't really appeal to me. I mean I know people have different tastes but sometimes I wonder how they stay in business since other brands tend to be more popular (from what I can see)

To me, MK and Coach look good online, not so great IRL. I remember being so disappointed when I went to the Coach store to buy--I forget what, it was a leather bag--and actually handled it. The quality just wasn't there. Same with the one MK bag I bought--a super pushy saleswoman talked me into it but once I got it home it was just--meh. The leather looked fake even though it wasn't. I ended up giving it to a friend who loves MK.

I do carry a leather Coach tote for work purposes but I bought it at a deep discount from Zappos. Coach is overpriced IMO. You can get a much nicer MBMJ bag for the same $$$.
