Derek Lam shoes: your opinion on the quality or comfort?

Hi ladies,

ANY feedback is appreciated, either about his line or the look of these shoes!

I've been eyeing these Derek Lam heels on sale at Barneys and wanted to ask for your thoughts, since I don't have any experience with his line.

Are they comfortable? Is quality good or so-so only?

to be honest.. they're a little bland for me .. but that's just my taste!

Also, thin straps usually dig into my feet so they don't look too comfortable for me..

I don't have that particular pair, but I have a pair of satin t-strap pumps w/ 4" heels that are Derek Lam. I love them! They are pretty comfortable, and the quality seems really good.

I think they're really pretty - I like them a lot!

I don't have any Derek Lams, but I'm sure the quality must be good. Just make sure the straps at the toes fit well and aren't squeezing your feet. I have Jimmy Choo sandals that are a little snug in that area - they're all right at first, but after walking in them a while, my feet start killing me.
