hi guys, quick question, has anyone ever ran into a problem like i've experienced? i recently purchased shoes on hermes.com, transaction went through perfectly, however, when i called to request for a tracking number on my order, the request was denied and i asked why, they lady over the phone was quite impolite and said, it's our policy. how so i wonder? am i not entitled to knowing where my shipment is after i've paid for it? anyone had this experience? please advise....thanks
