Tech Dell Studio/inspirion + webcam?

I'm looking to either get a dell inspirion or studio? are they any good, as just want a cheapish laptop.

Is the webcam any good also as i like to use it for msn but i've had crappy ones in the past and i know it has a "photobooth" feature like Macs do.

I had an inspiron laptop and the webcam on it is great. In fact I think its better then the logitech one i have.
