Deformed Gucci bag delivered to me by boutique store!

I was so excited to unbox my brand new Gucci large marmont bag and quickly noticed it was overstuffed and the scratched hardware. I paid $2800 including tax at the Gucci boutique store and am baffled they could send this to someone. They only had the display so had to ship the bag to me. The box was falling apart too on one side. Should I get a replacement or just return? This was such a horrible experience that I dont know if I want a replacement. Also I dont recall the hardware being this dirty. Does this hardware look normal? That might also determine if I want a replacement or not

Well, this gives you an idea how the bag will look after extensive wear. I have the same bag in the small camera case. I think the camera case is more structured.

I would ask for another bag or if you can select the bag you want in person.
