...guilty as charged, Lily. I was hoping you wouldn't notice that statement! That's why he uttered a very loud "HA!". H is a relatively new vice for me. But I have to admit, it has reached a rather fevered pitch of late. I see no end in sight.

Oh, it really does calm down after a while, hclub, which I'm sure your husband will be happy to hear.

My desire for it kind of waxes and wanes, and sometimes I'm just quite blase about the world of H. And then there are other times when I want everything in sight. But then again, it's been over 15 years in H-land for me.:D

Fortunately, right now, I'm in the kind of nothing really appeals state of mind, and believe me, that is a good feeling, and I do not have to have a stiff drink before opening the Amex statement.

Here are a few close ups of my new Kachinas....It's brand new, and has never been worn........

It's just gorgeous, tillie. The colors are so vibrant. I think it's one of the prettiest Kachinas I've seen, and with your coloring, I bet it looks spectacular on (that IS a hint to post a modeling shot, you understand.)

Well done - I'm mighty proud of you, you little scarf collector you.:yahoo:

Stopping by to say hello furbies, and what do I find? Tillie-you have outdone yourself! I love this Kachina (would go so well with my Navajo collection of silver). Where do you gals find the most incredible deals here? I need some alert system set on high H alert! Is b'mary back yet with news on silver? :flowers::hugs:

Tillie - gorgeous Kachinas!

I bought the new Vogue at the grocery store, ladies, the ads are fabulous. But, to be fashionable, we're going to have to wear open toed boots with high heels and smoky eye make up. :wtf: Yeah, right....But I keep seeing the same pair of LV pumps with a flat satin bow on the front in Town and Country, Vogue, and Vanity Fair and they're making me weak at the knees.

Yeah, hclub. Ask VB how much it calms down (I should talk)!! :D:D:D

Thanks Lily......at first I thought it was a circus theme....can you imagine? When I'm fluffed up, I'll do a modeling shot!! Now that I have it home, I'm checking out my wardrobe, and I think I'll get a lot of use out of it!! If not, I'll frame it!!

Well done - I'm mighty proud of you, you little scarf collector you.
I'm so glad I made you proud!!

I'm such a bargain shopper, it's like a "job" for me!
Tillie - gorgeous Kachinas!
Thanks Shelby :yahoo:

It's stunning, tillie, and I envy you for being able to wear those colors - I could never! You are well on your way down the
slippery slope - enjoy every inch of the ride!:hugs:
Thanks LGA.......it wouldn't have been my first choice of colors, but now that I know the history of the designer, and I see how detailed it is...........I love it!!
Just gorgeous tillie!!! Congratulations and welcome to the slippery slope of scarf acquisition!! :D :yahoo:
Pauillac........thanks for the "push" down the slope....you and the rest of the furbies! :wtf::faint:

...I am soooooo in love with those too, Shelby!? Aren't they just devine?! Finally, I am LOVING this shoe season. The past year was a bit too wild for me. I can't really carry the whole "Sky-High" heels look. :blushing:

:roflmfao::roflmfao::roflmfao: Too funny Lola!! I think Lily was thinking along the same lines too...too many hits to the noggin!

You're in architecture!!? Now that would be my dream job! I seriously wanted to study architecture at university, but I was absolutely dreadful at math, so not a chance. I love architecture, and it's always the first thing I notice about a city when I visit it. Architecture pays much better than a job at a magazine, Lola...so stick with what you do, and rent "The September Issue" for a realistic portrayal of the megalomaniacs that work at magazines!

I will rent it for sure! Anything to get me up on the mornings, lol. I supposed every industry has its good days & bad. I think I am just homesick. I bet I'd be enjoying it more in TO.

Well for all you fellow magazine addicts - the A/W 2011 Paris Vogue collections isssue a *NEED*. OMG, it is just page after page of runway pics, shes, everything! No ads or articles... just pictures!!!!!!! (good thing too since my french n'est pas parfait)

Haahahhahahaaa...where did you find those characters, Pauillac?!? Priceless!!! :lolots: I'm particularly fond of the part where you say "with impunity"! Oh, if he only saw it that way!

I have them saved in my photobucket account. I've belonged to various forums over the years and just saved the ones I liked. Those are two of my faves. :D

Off topic - I'm soooo hungry - I didn't eat lunch (durn auditors) and now it's almost dinner. I need to hop on my broom and see what's in lily's fridge for cold supper! I'm sure there's something there that's tasty! DH is travelling until next week, so I'm a bachelorette for a week!
