That's an excellent name for the nurse Pauillac! Very fitting! And as for your yummy truffles, I think it's best I admire them from afar, as friends have been shoving a steady stream of cakes and cookies through our front door this week...I'm getting FAT!!!

I have a wonderful image in my mind of a gooey, yummy chocolate cake being shoved through the mail slot!

(Just freeze what you can't munch through right now, and you should be all set for baked goods until Thanksgiving.)

Or, I could fly up and help you get rid of them if they're becoming troublesome.
