I think the scary thing about this is some people just can't be stopped by law enforcement. This guy has a criminal record and it just doesn't matter. None of the people he purchases from are going to keep him from buying their merchandise. You don't need to be clean to have a website. He's still making loads of money.

Hopefully he will be deported. There was talk on the NY news about immigration looking at his application and papers for entry and there were problems there as well.

I applaud the buyer/victim that wouldn't let this go. I still cannot believe that after being told about all the threats and the fraud that Ebay continued to let him sell, even while knowing he had NARU accounts.

I wish they could charge Ebay management with crimes too.

yall want to know something kind of funny? I obviously did not send him to jail, but a couple weeks ago when I had read more about his scams, I went on his site and I send him a message saying "Just wait... you are going to get arrested soon. I just know it's coming." and he sent me an email with some snooty nasty comment basically saying "yeah right."

I just had a weird feeling even though it had been years people were reporting him (since 2006 I think). I told him this before the article came out on the NY Times or any of this new stuff. How strange?

I still cannot believe the nerve this guy has. I sincerely hope that everyone that was victimized by this wack job is able to testify/give a statement/come forward. Although I certainly believe he deserves to rot in jail, I am not sure he will get anything but a slap on the wrist??? I hope that the DOJ takes this seriously. He is the type of person that could be hiding something much worse up his sleave.... Child Erotica?! Ammunition stock pile?!

Wow.... What a wacko.

Speaking of Decormyeyes, he pleaded guilty on Thursday to two counts of sending threatening communications, one count of mail fraud and one count of wire fraud.

He also was in jail from when he was arrested in December until this past April, "when Judge Sullivan released him on a $1 million bond, citing the findings of a medical expert who had performed a psychiatric evaluation.

“I don’t do this lightly,” Judge Sullivan said at the time. “These threats are chilling, Mr. Borker.”

The judge ordered confinement, barred him from using the Internet, severely restricted his use of the phone and required a security guard to stay in his house — to ensure that all these terms were being met — at a cost to Mr. Borker of $1,000 a day. "

Sentencing is scheduled for Sept. 16. Government prosecutors said that under the guidelines, Mr. Borker should spend at least five and perhaps as many as six and a half years in prison.
