DECEMBER 2011: is it cheaper to buy in Hong Kong or Seoul?

Hi. I don't know about Seoul but I've compared the prices (and service) between LV in HK, Bangkok and Manila when I was there 4-5 years ago and between the 3 - HK had the best pricing and the best customer service. I bought a key ring when I was there and I wanted 3 other items I had with me (which was purchased in Manila and at the time they didn't do hot stamping of initials) hot stamped there and it takes a couple of days to get done. Anyways, when I told them I am leaving in 2 days, they rushed it and had it ready for me the next day. It was a very pleasant experience. Price wise, their prices are a tad bit lower too. Maybe because of VAT??
