I think this has more so to do with how busy RM's factories have been lately, they're already caught behind on regular production so it doesn't look like its a good time for them to have SS's. Plus it is probably more cost effective for them to do OSS's than regular sample sales in the less popular areas.

Definitely makes sense but the OSS in the past have not gone well for me so I was hoping to try a real one!

^I agree. The OSS reminds me of a silent auction. You think you purchased something, but you won't know until it is over whether you really did.

The DC sample sale last summer was great. Buying by clicking your mouse can't compare to being in a room with all those gorgeous bags to choose from.:biggrin:
